Rankin Realty Southwest Ribbon Cutting!

The Kanab Area Chamber of Commerce was pleased to partner with chamber member Rankin Realty Southwest on the grand opening of their new Kaibab Office on Hwy 89A in Kanab.

It was a sunny day but quite windy, so chamber vice president Ron Thomas quickly gathered the ample crowd outside the building for the ribbon cutting. He congratulated the Rankin’s on their new offices and spoke about how everyone together builds a strong community. Realtor Ashley Rankin cut the ribbon along with her sons Noah and Archer.

Next, Owner/Broker Heather Rankin greeted everyone inside and spoke about her real estate path and experience within Utah and Arizona, and how excited they were to open this location in Kanab. She introduced the agents in attendance and then turned the mic over to her daughter Ashley Rankin, who started to follow in her mother’s real estate footsteps in 2022. It is Ashley’s belief that there are people meant for properties, and properties meant for people. Her mission is to build the bridge for those connections to take place. She continually seeks to apply the principle of "Highest and Best Use" when seeking stewards for homes, businesses, and land - because she considers them to be sacred.

The attendees were treated to appetizers and beverages, while they were encouraged

to scope out the entire office building that has several other offices for rent. It was an

afternoon of Friends, Food and Fun!
