It was a sunny, windy December day for the ribbon cutting at Sugar Knoll Chicken. The Mt. Carmel Junction eatery is part of the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort group and had opened earlier in the year. We had a great turnout and a great luncheon at the Buckskin Tavern in Fredonia.
