It was a sunny, windy December day for the ribbon cutting at Sugar Knoll Chicken. The Mt. Carmel Junction eatery is part of the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort group and had opened earlier in the year. We had a great turnout and a great luncheon at the Buckskin Tavern in Fredonia. Our “Kanab Area” Chamber includes members from outside of Kanab – up the Valley, Duck Creek, Fredonia, and other areas in Arizona and Utah, and we were happy to meet up at the Buckskin for good camaraderie and good food.
