Kane County Assistance Program is a nonprofit, community-based, non-denominational organization that provides direct assistance to residents who live in Kane County, Utah and Fredonia, Ariz. If you are in need of short term assistance for food, utilities, gas or other specific needs please use this simple application and you will be contacted within 48 hours by a Kane County Assistance Program representative. All information received in the online application will be kept confidential.
